As approved by the Council of Governors of NCJD and subsequently by the Ministry this scheme is introduced for assistance to NGOs, women self-help-groups and micro enterprises.

It has further been approved that the same may operate to replace the existing scheme as currently operational under the CCF-I program. The same pattern will be adopted. For SHGs & entrepreneurs the same will be a loan scheme and the disbursed amount will be recovered interest free as per the erstwhile JEAS Scheme. NCJD proposes to involve JSC in a pro active manner, especially in view of the inclusion of JDP under the REGP Scheme of KVIC.
