deduction of earnest money will have to be made by DD drawn in favour of 'National Centre for Jute Diversification' within 7 days of acceptance of the offer failing which the earnest money shall be liable to be
forfeited and NCJD will proceed in manner as may be deemed fit. NCJD will not be responsible for any loss documents sent by post. The last date of submitting the tenders in the Tender Box, in a sealed cover
of 4" x 10" superscribed with "Tender for Jute Machinery", is 26th August, 2004 till 2 p.m. The tenders will be opened on the same day thereafter. The sealed tenders should be addressed to: The Executive Director,
